The mast climbers are currently being dismantled, indicating that the external façade work is nearing completion. Our team meticulously finishes the infill areas using a cherry picker, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards.
We are pleased to share that the reception area has made significant progress, with the curtain wall façade detail now in place.
The apartments from levels 1 to 7 have undergone meticulous cleaning and silicone application, marking a significant milestone in the internal finishing process. Furthermore, we have installed carpets in the bedrooms up to level 13, adding a touch of coziness and comfort to the living spaces.
A significant milestone for the project has been reached with the completion of chlorination of the water tank and installation of the cold water-boosted mains. This important step ensures that our residents will have access to running water, providing them with the utmost comfort and convenience in the future.
This week, we have taken a significant step towards ensuring our residents' safety by commencing installing the sprinkler system in the car parks. Additionally, we have performed screeding to the corridors in preparation for the laying down of carpet tiles, further progressing the internal finishing process.
As our construction progress at Urban Green continues to impress, we remain steadfast in our commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant construction regulations. Our dedicated team is working tirelessly to ensure that every development aspect meets and exceeds expectations, solidifying Urban Green as a prime example of sustainable and luxurious urban living.
