Urban Green: October 2023

As we step into October, we're excited to update you on the latest at Trafford's Urban Green.

This month has been incredibly productive for us at Trafford's Urban Green. We've been hard at work, making significant progress in various areas. The corridors have undergone a stunning transformation with the addition of beautiful and contemporary carpet tiles, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere in the common areas. Inside the individual apartments, we have successfully installed and tested electric meters, a crucial step in ensuring that our residents have fully functional living spaces.

One standout improvement is the newly installed staircase in the duplex apartment. This addition not only enhances accessibility but also adds a touch of elegance to the overall design of the space. Moving to the exteriors, we are delighted to announce the completion of the roofing phase, with all roofs now fully finished and covered by our warranty, providing our residents with peace of mind.

Progress is also being made on the upper levels, specifically on the roof terrace components. We are currently working on the copings and balustrades, which will soon create a safe and enjoyable outdoor retreat for our residents to relax and unwind.
