Urban Green: July 2023

As we reach the end of July, we are excited to share the latest developments at Urban Green, located in Trafford.

This month, roofing works on Level 16 have been steadily advancing. The team has been working to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout this crucial phase of the construction process.

The structural framing system (SFS) works have been successfully completed for the duplex apartments, marking a significant milestone in the project's timeline. Additionally, windows have been installed in these apartments, providing a glimpse of the stunning views that will soon be enjoyed by the future residents.

On Level 14, the first-fix mechanical and electrical (M&E) works have been completed, ensuring the necessary infrastructure is in place to support the modern amenities and systems within the building. Simultaneously, the first fix M&E works have commenced on Level 15, keeping the construction on track for the upcoming stages.

The installation of brickslips on the external walls has been progressing well, despite the rain over the last few weeks. Brickslips not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the development, but also offer robust protection and durability for the structure.

Plastering has commenced for the Hoist Apartments, signifying the team's transition to the interior finishing stages. The introduction of plastering brings life and warmth to the spaces, showcasing the thoughtfully designed layouts of these apartments.
