Urban Green: February 2023

During the last period, Urban Green hit some of its most exciting milestones to date!

Our in-house interior designer is proud to reveal the scheme's completed show apartment, and it looks beautiful. Elsewhere, the team over in Trafford have successfully finished the development's concrete frame, which means that Urban Green has officially topped out! The tower crane has therefore been dismantled and taken off-site, and the installation of brick slips on the façade has been able to begin. Brick slips are thin sections of facing bricks to replicate the appearance of clay facing brick walls; they will give Urban Green a more contemporary aesthetic.

Internal walls have progressed on Levels 10 & 11, with follow-on trades closely following behind on the floors below.

Finally, the team have also installed roof coverings on two of the terraces this month. With the evenings starting to get lighter, we're beginning to get a glimpse of how enjoyable the Summer nights will be for residents up there!
