The Exchange: September 2023

Despite facing some challenges from heavy rain, we are pleased to report significant progress across The Exchange.

Amidst The Exchange's bustling activities and excitement, we are delighted to share our progress report.

We are delighted to announce that Levels 2 to 15 are now completed. These newly finished apartments are eagerly awaiting their future residents, who are excitedly preparing to step into their dream living spaces in the near future.

But that's not all.

We are excited to share that we are progressing greatly with the remaining 19 flats on Level 1. These flats are currently in the final stages of fit-out and promise to be a perfect blend of style and comfort. We expect them to be ready for occupancy in the near future.

As we step back and admire the impressive silhouette of The Exchange, the removal of the mast climbers signifies a significant milestone. This action represents more than just the removal of machinery; it symbolizes the opportunity for us to add the final touches to our stunning façade.

At the same time, our dedicated team is diligently working on both the soft and hard landscaping to ensure that the surroundings of The Exchange are just as captivating as the building itself.
