The Exchange: July 2023

Despite facing some challenges from heavy rain, we are pleased to report significant progress across The Exchange.

Our team has worked diligently to battle this month's adverse weather conditions, and as a result, we have made substantial advancements in the brickwork, render, and cladding for the building's exterior. The façade is taking shape beautifully, showcasing the dedication of our construction crew. The removal of mast climbers, one by one, has revealed the exceptional quality of the façade, enhancing the building's aesthetic appeal.

Excitingly, the internal fit-out of Levels 2 to 15 is almost complete; each floor has been designed to ensure the highest standards of quality and comfort. We are making commendable progress on the fit-out of Level 1 too, which is well on its way to being finalised.

As we move forward, our focus will shift towards commissioning the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and life safety systems throughout the building. This crucial phase is essential to ensure that all systems are fully operational and compliant with safety regulations before the final handover.

The Exchange's handover will involve thorough testing and inspection to guarantee that every aspect of the development is in perfect working condition. Our team is committed to delivering a property that exceeds expectations in terms of both functionality and quality.
