We have an opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician to join our team of property developers in Greater Manchester. The Heaton Group is the UK’s Most Forward Thinking Property Group. Based in Greater Manchester, we provide high quality property investment opportunities for both UK and overseas investors. We are looking to rapidly expand our current business and so require a talented architect to join our team of property development experts.
We are looking for someone who has the right vision, excellent communication skills and who can work effectively with our renovation team, to deadlines. The role will require a minimum of 5 years of experience, and knowledge of BIM, Revit and Navis. You should also be fully aware of the current UK building regulations and be able to work with minimum supervision. The right candidate will be self-motivated, have the ability to lead projects and be able to communicate with both our team and potential clients. Design and hand-drawing skills are desirable.
The role will be varied in nature dealing with restorations as well as full development projects, from demolition through to completed projects. The development you will be required to work on include 35+ apartment developments, 5-10 bedroom houses of multiple occupancy, as well as listed building renovation projects. The Heaton Group see this as a role that will grow rapidly over time with the scope for the right person to start building a team around them.
