April has been a great month at Urban Green with significant strides being made in upper and lower carpark areas, stair core, steel works and concreting.
Upper level carpark complete
The lower lever tank room and escape staircase has been prepared for steel work and concrete and the upper level carpark overlooking the carpark is now complete. The central core staircase is now complete up to level four.
The concrete being pumped to complete the level 3 floor slab
The concrete slabs continue upwards with the level three floor slab now complete. Finally the construction of the ground level reception roof deck is underway.
