Over the past month, we have made some exciting progress at Bishopgate Gardens. We’ve welcomed our first residents to their new homes and held the first open day for potential tenants. Our on-site lettings team received a great amount of interest and received several applications for our properties on the day. We have been busy with viewings for the last month and can’t wait to welcome more residents into the building!
As works continue in the communal and concierge areas, the floor to ceiling windows and the roof have been fully installed including the modern glass sky lights that will feature within the concierge. In the weeks to follow, we will complete the landscaping works to the plaza at the front of the building. Our off-site joinery team are building the elements for the café, shared working space and concierge, so these can be installed as soon as the floor and wall coverings are complete.
