As part of our regular updates to our investors, I am pleased to provide some insight into the progress of our flagship development Bishopgate Gardens.
A meeting with the site manager this week has been very informative, and a walk through of the site has indicated just how far along the project is.
As we head into Q3 over 90 percent of the cladding on both residences has been completed. The exterior cladding is very distinctive and contemporary with black and gold aluminium panels. You can see the building being transformed and it is sure to be a recognisable landmark in Preston City Centre.
Residence A now have completed apartments on levels 1 and 2, with kitchens and bathrooms installed up to level 4. The apartments all have floor to ceiling windows which creates a modern, sleek look while providing an abundance of natural light.
Walking through the completed apartments, the quality of the finishes is obvious. The apartments have been designed with functionality and style in mind, with well proportioned rooms, luxury designer kitchens and bathrooms with high
quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
Bishopgate Gardens will provide a standard of living unlike anything else in Preston. Residents will have access to roof top gardens offering the best views of the city. They will also benefit from our 24 hour concierge service, shared working spaces, boutique on site retailers and residents lounges.
Works have now commenced on the ground floor, with preparations being made for the construction of ground floor communal spaces including concierge and residents lounge. Glass balustrades have now been fitted on roof terraces in both residences.
