Construction has made significant progress with the excavation and installation of the concrete foundations. Tower Crane 1 is scheduled to be erected by the end of October, followed by Tower Crane 2 in mid-November. This crucial phase establishes a strong foundation for the development, guaranteeing the stability and longevity of the buildings.

The team are also focusing on drainage installation. This critical aspect ensures the development of proper water management and sewage systems. By incorporating robust drainage solutions, we aim to create a sustainable and resilient environment for the Berkeley Square community.

Our team of experienced architects and engineers are diligently working on the detailed design phase. This involves fine-tuning the architectural plans and engineering specifications to ensure that every development aspect aligns with our vision for Berkeley Square.
