We are pleased to share October's construction update for our Berkeley Square development in Salford...

We are currently in the crucial phase of laying the concrete foundations. With great diligence, we are extending these foundations to the bases of the stair and lift shaft cores. This foundational work, which began on October 19th, is essential for ensuring the stability of our structure up to level 8.

Excitingly, our site is preparing for a significant expansion in operations as we plan to install two tower cranes. The first crane is scheduled to be in place by the end of October, with the second following in mid-November. These installations will mark a significant boost in our vertical construction efforts.

At the same time, we are on the brink of commencing the drainage work, a crucial step in establishing a robust and functional building infrastructure. Alongside this, the design aspects of our development are gaining momentum. The façades and internal fit-outs are starting to take shape, combining both style and utility.

Furthermore, we are progressing in arranging the essential incoming services to ensure that future residents have seamless access to all necessary utilities.

In summary, each step we take in the construction process reinforces our commitment to efficiency and quality. We are steadily transforming architectural plans into a living, breathing structure that will be a testament to our dedication.
