Construction has taken a significant step forward with the excavation and installation of the concrete foundations. The groundwork is underway, and we are making steady progress with the first tower crane base. This essential phase sets the strong groundwork for the rest of the development, ensuring stability and durability for the buildings.

The team are also focusing on drainage installation. This critical aspect ensures proper water management and sewage systems for the entire development. By incorporating robust drainage solutions, we aim to create a sustainable and resilient environment for the Berkeley Square community.

Our team of experienced architects and engineers are diligently working on the detailed design phase. This involves fine-tuning the architectural plans and engineering specifications to ensure that every aspect of the development aligns with our vision for Berkeley Square. Progress in this phase is essential to maintain the project's schedule and ensure that all elements are executed according to the highest standards.

We are delighted to be collaborating with Heyrod Construction, a renowned construction company, to carry out the groundworks and in-situ concrete frames. Heyrod's expertise in this field aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering a development of superior quality and design.

Looking ahead, the installation of both tower cranes is scheduled for August. These  will play a vital role in the vertical construction of the buildings, facilitating the smooth movement of materials and equipment during the construction process.
